We believe it is unnecessary to obtain a patent prior to having your product evaluated. In fact, most marketing experts suggest a Letter of Non-Disclosure is sufficient to keep your idea or invention confidential. If you already have a patent or patent pending, that is fine.

Please take note that we are a consumer product invention evaluation provider. We do not provide development or marketing services. WE FEEL THIS WOULD BE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST. However, if our evaluation is positive we may, upon request, refer you to marketing and development professionals.

InventorServices.com will sign a Letter of Non-Disclosure, which will be included in your evaluation packet, prior to reviewing any information about your invention or submitting samples to be evaluated by us. Once this Letter of Non-Disclosure has been signed, we will proceed with the evaluation process of your invention.

NOTE: The evaluation process will take approximately two weeks from submission of your idea, until you receive your detailed report.
